Ingredients:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh parsley
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and marinade for 2 - 12 hours.
